● To meet the legal requirements relating to your attendance as a stallholder at the Artisan Market, Ringwood.

The processing of your data is necessary because it must be ensured that current Public Liability Insurance is held as a legal obligation of attendance as a stallholder at the Artisan Market, Ringwood as required by The Furlong, Ringwood. This is due to the attendance of the general public at the event. 

The processing of your data is necessary if selling edible items for consumption because it must be ensured that a current Food Hygiene certificate, in addition to registration & inspection by the local Environmental Health Office, is held as a legal obligation of attendance as a stallholder at the Artisan Market, Ringwood due to the attendance of the general public at the event.

(d) We need it to perform a public task. 

The processing of your data is necessary because it must be ensured that current Public Liability Insurance (and/or a current Food Hygiene certificate in addition to registration & inspection by the local Environmental Health Office where appropriate) is/ are held as a legal obligation of attendance as a stallholder at the Artisan Market, Ringwood as required by The Furlong, Ringwood to ensure Health and Safety requirements are met. This is due to the attendance of the general public at the event.

We keep Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics for 2 years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting electronic data files and the electronic shredding of any physical data.
